Cook broccoli florets in boiling salted water to your liking.
(for me that’s about 6 minutes)
And serve with a sauce made of :
80 ml sweet chilisauce
2 T light soyasauce
2 t limezest
2 T limejuice
2 T frehshly chopped coriander
We like it so much we hardly ever eat broccoli any other way.
